1.0-Seller's conditions :
1.1-Buyer will have 3 days to pay his artwork at the end of the selling periode . If your purchase is a "paiement on reception" (see7.3.2), same time is allowed for to prepaid shipping .
1.2-Shipping cost must include obligatorily these services:
1) a confirmation on delivery (signature, initial, date)
2) a tracking number (method of follow-up)
3) an insurance.
1.2.1-Buyer is responsable to pay these additional fees .
1.3-The present sale is not a cession of the copyright of the artist.
2.0-Periode of evaluation :
2.1- Buyer will have seven(7) calendar days for to evaluate the artwork when it will receive it . Pass this time of evaluation , this sale will be consider like definitely closed . Any refund will be made after.
2.2- If buyer use a third party service (see 7.3.2) ,same time is allowe for to evaluate . Artwork must be paid at the end of this seven(7) days .
3.0- Delivery :
3.1-Parcel is sending from :
Canada, P.Q., postal code G8L 5J5.
3.2-I ship item between monday to friday(except weekends). Artwork will be shipped within 1(one) to 3 (three) days after i will receive payment . If you use "payment on reception (escrow or C.O.D)" see 7.3.2 below .
3.3-I use the services of Canada Post service , Purolator, or Fedex. A tracking of your parcel can be see via their official site.
3.4-The shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser for to receive and return the artwork .
3.5-Shipping fees may change according to each artwork, dimension , weight , distance ,... I prefer flat shipping fees according to each specific country or continent . See description of the item on the selling website page.
3.6-The delivery periods is an estimate of the conveyor. Those one do not include the weekend and the public holidays.
3.7-For the buyer living outside Canada :
Before to buy and/or to bid ,check if you will have additional expenses relative to your importation . Each country have their own laws such as taxes, customs, etc... . It's your responsability to verify it and assume these additional fees.
3.8-Shipping address of the parcel:
1)firstly, i will retain only the address given by platform of payment (ex:paypal.com,moneybookers.com,alertpay.com,etc...) display on the selling web site.
2)seller will use only address given by the web site where artwork has been selling .
3.9-The purchaser is responsible to provide good address for the reception of his parcel . If this one is not claim by the purchaser, and if the parcel is return to the address of the seller (see also 3.1); the buyer will have to pay again shipping fees for to receive his parcel .
**important : If the buyer use the C.O.D's service,from Canada Post service (or other similar company) , or third party service (escrow) the same rules will be applies. (see 7.3.2)
3.10- If the parcel is lost by the delivery's service company :
- The company' s delivery service will be contact for a claim .
4.0- Possible instance to cancel a sale :
4.1- I am reserve the right to cancel a sale:
a)if your address of delivery is only a P.O. boxes .
b) depending where is selling the artwork, i will consider your profil and feedback on the selling site. If they contains an excessive number of negative evaluation(under the 96%).
c) if it is impossible for me to join you by email , or if you don't give me any response inside these permit three(3) days (see 1.1).
d) Item will be relisted at the end of this 3 days in the absence of payment. e) Sale will be cancel if the buyer's address refers to one of these countries object of a commercial embargot or sanctions , like :
Cuba, Dimension of Ivory, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea, Sudan, Liberia, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Angola, Syria and Burma[Myanmar ].
4.2- If after to have place an offer or have buying the artwork , you want to retract or cancel it, refer to concerning rules on the selling web site. Consider than generally,if it's an auction site,it's a binding contract.Buyer must pay, and seller sending merchandise.
5.0- Return of an artwork :
5.1-I accept the return of artwork if this one is return , latest, at the end of the period of evaluation .
5.2-The return of the parcel must include artwork and all their listed include component .
5.3-Any return by C.O.D will be accepted .
5.4-Buyer must assume the shipping cost for to return the artwork , with a tracking number and an insurance.
6.0- Terms of refunding:
6.1-Only the final selling price, will be retain for a refund .
6.2- All other expenses , such as shipping, taxes, customs, etc..., will not be refund .
6.3- Refunding will be done only via a payment processing service provider,such as describe below : Alertpay.com(ca),Hyperwallet.com(ca), Paypal.com(us), Certapay.com(ca), Moneybookers.com(uk),Tripledeal.com(uk).
7.0- Payment policy :
7.1 -Seller accept these mode of payment according to buyer's country :
- echeque,debit card,credit card(restriction:see 7.3.1) => for all countries
- canadian money order , certify banking check,and C.O.D. => Canada only
- international money order , certify banking check => United States only
Concerning :
a)C.O.D (see 7.3.2) : You can paid with => cash money (to the post-office) , debit card , and credit card .
b) third partie service (like escrow.com ,see 7.3.2) :
You can pay with => echeque,debit card or credit card (see 7.3.1)
7.1.2 -Concerning the canadian money order, the international money order, and the certify bank check :
1)Send these payment with a registered mail . This service give a proof of mailing and confirmation on delivery.
2) If the payment is not registered ,and if this one is lost , the artwork will be consider as unpaid, and consequently will not be post . Also, your payment will not be refund.
3) Do not forget to write on recto or verso of your payment these information: The web site of your purchase + your pseudo on this web site + the item number + your name + your address .
4) Important: For the residents of the United States, verify than you send and pay me with the good international mandat (pink color). note: the green mandat is not negotiable here in Canada. It will be return to you.
7.2Will be refuse these following modes of payment :
1)cash money, sending via the post office .
2)personal cheque and company's cheque .
7.3- Other modes of payment:
7.3.1-Payment with credit card is accepted to these following conditions:
1)Your purchase must be under $100.00 canadian .
2 ) And you must have a minimal feedback score of 99% , with more than ten (10) purchases on this same site where is open the sale .
3) If your situation does not correspond to #1 and #2 option above , please use another mode of payment according to your country (see 7.1).
Suggestion: payment via web mail address is secur,fast,and often free for buyer .
7.3.2 -Payment on reception :
I accept it, but the shipping cost must be paid twice for to cover sending + return . Shipping cost must be prepaid by the buyer before the parcel is expedited to his address . On reception of your parcel ,purchaser will paid the difference due, less 50% of prepaid shipping cost .
Please send an email to seller if you want to use one of these service . so :
1)- In Canada (only): C.O.D (collect on delivery ) from the Canadian poste's service only .
2) -Third party service (escrow) :
This service will be use when amount of your purchase will justify it . This is for purchase of many hundred dollars . All fees are paid by the buyer .
Only one of these two following escrow services will be use:
1)escrow. com (united-states ) , for transaction over $600.us
2)afterson.com (canada), for transaction over $1000.us
